Practical: Sea & Pool (14 hours)

→ Static apneas / full breathe (60’’, 90’’ & 120’’).

→ Static apnea / partial breathe (40’’, 70’’ & 100’’).

→ Duck dive

→ Dynamic apneas (20m / 5m depth & 40m / 2m depth).

→ Freestyle swim 200m

→ Buoyancy adjustment (surface)  

→ Buoyancy adjust (2/3 of max depth, instructor assistance).

→ Weight belt abandon (surface).  Dive without weights at the depth of 8 m.

     Ascent without weights

→ Weight belt abandon (surface).  Dive without weights at the depth of 10m       

     Dive, collect and reposition on surface

→ Full frontal rotation (7m depth / 2, 3 & 4 rotations)           

→ Full backwards rotation (7m depth / 2 & 3 rotations)

→ Dynamic apnea in a triangle (10m in 5m depth)

→ Mask floated (10m depth) & ascent   

→ Ascent with one fin from the depth of 8m / technic

→ Orientation exercise no1: dive to 5m and dynamic apnea to a steady

     course

→ Orientation exercise no2: dive to 5m, full frontal rotation and dynamic

     apnea to a steady course

→ Static apnea 20΄΄ (8m depth)

→ Static apnea with partial pressure 20΄΄ (2m depth)

→ Dynamic apnea 20m in slope position (10m to right side – 10m to left side in

     5m depth)

→ Underwater relay race 25m (5m depth)

→ Dynamic apnea full speed 25m (5m depth, competition)

→ Rescue  → surface/drug → midwater/drug  → bottom / casualty drug

     (8m depth).

→Constant weights dives (5m, 10m, 15m & 18m depth).
